WHAT TO EXPECT

Dinner Parties and Meal Services: When you contact me for a dinner party or meal service, I will always ask what your preferences are, and, what the situation is.  I’ll then create a menu according to your needs and e-mail it to you ASAP.  You will then review what I sent and either make your menu picks, or, ask me questions and request more options.  Once a menu is decided upon we agree to a reasonable price and discuss arrangements.

I arrive on time with all the necessary tools and groceries.  I cook, serve, and I clean, leaving you to do nothing but enjoy yourself. My goal is to leave you happy, full and with no clean up; all in the comfort of your home.

When a meal service is requested and established, I send a new menu via e-mail a day or two before my scheduled arrival. You e-mail me back your choices; then come home after work to a full fridge of scrumptious, healthy, ready to eat food and a luscious smelling kitchen.

Classes: Classes run with the same concept in regard to menus and arrangements and in some cases can feel alot like a dinner party.  Classes are a great way for people to come together and enjoy each other, while gaining culinary knowledge in a fun way.  Some of my clients have enjoyed small private classes to celebrate an engagement or anniversary, while others have enjoyed classes with a large group of friends or co-workers.  I’ve also had fun in settings that were based on  team building work related meetings, wedding showers and birthday surprises.

Classes can be hosted at your home or a clubhouse in your community center.  All I need is enough room for people to sit comfortably and view the class.  Some classes are very hands-on while others are more demonstration, with the audience kicking back, and enjoying themselves while they sponge up morsels of food knowledge to put to use the next time they cook.
