Tastes like home
Food can incite warm feelings of home, community and good health. That’s why I strive to cook what grandmas from around the world make for the people they love with a bit of fine dining proficiency.
When I go out to eat I want clean, fresh, full-flavored food presented appropriately. I don’t want a “project” to piece together and I don’t want to swing by Jack in the Box on my way home.
I’ve happily worked in all aspects of the restaurant industry giving me clear insight and experience from all angles of the business. I’ve learned from everyone I’ve worked with and have always kept an open ear to those with insight whether it be a friend in cooking school, a line cook or an accomplished, award-winning chef.
Although restaurants can be fun and exciting, my goal in this industry was to find a way to put smiles on faces while still having time for family and friends. Being a personal chef affords me with both of these opportunities.
